A small, curated library of current EviState publications. Each issued document identifies its version and provides a direct route to its live supporting record.
Publishing standard
Only documents that are complete, suitable for public circulation and useful to a defined audience are included. An issued PDF is retained as an exact version; its visible ES Stamp is a route to the live record, not a claim that the document should be trusted without inspection.
Where a document is updated, the later version is issued separately. Earlier documents may remain available only when their historic status is clear.

The Library will remain selective. Internal working papers, client-specific materials and unfinished drafts do not belong in a public record.

Public-facing material for defined audiences, including policy, sector and technical context where it is ready for external scrutiny.
Only material expressly cleared for public sharing, with the relevant scope, version and status made explicit.
